Too many relied on syrups, isolates, and additives - nothing like the real Mediterranean food she grew up with.

So, she made her own.

Using simple pantry ingredients and a collection of unique family recipes, she created a bar that felt like real food again, a snack that is as delicious as it is nutritious.
